Customer Service Representative - $13/hour
Flexible Schedule including Holidays and Weekends
Problem solving skills
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
Flexibility of schedule; ability to work days/nights, weekends and holidays as necessary

Ability to multi-task and work within several computer applications at the same time
Responsibilities:
Receive information via telephone/email and appropriately coordinate and respond to guest requests, questions and inquiries.
Act as a liaison between guests and management or other departments and resolve issues as necessary and escalate complex issues to management in order to ensure guests receive consistent and timely service.
Expedite urgent issues for resolution as appropriate.
Ability to keep accurate records (email, applications/programs, etc.).
Other duties as assigned by management.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrams or schedule form.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
