Inside Sales Customer Service Representative

A client is looking for experienced full-time outbound/inbound telephone sales representative. ? Receive 60-75 inbound sales and customer service calls daily. ? Make outbound calls to health, wellness, and beauty practitioners regarding the purchase or renewal of professional liability insurance as needed. o Outbound calls to current or past customers - no cold calling ? Clearly articulate the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchase. ? Assumptively close sales by using suggestive speech. ? Inform clients about the product and coverage by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing general information. ? Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines. ? Update knowledge by studying new product offerings; participating in insurance continuing education courses. ? Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing customer service related tasks as needed.
- Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks - Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience - Command of Microsoft Excel - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills If you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer you interact with and are a customer service 'champion', we want to hear from you. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
