Finlay Management is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO ), multifamily property management company. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the corporate office located in the beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida area.
This position will be responsible for, receiving, reviewing and processing accounts payable data for use in creating accounting records for residential properties and corporate by performing the following duties:
o Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
o Prioritize invoices according to cash management requirements
o Process and reconcile credit card bills and payments
o Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
o Scan documents and maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Also familiarity of cloud based filing system.
o 1099 maintenance and year-end filing with IRS
o Respond to all vendor inquiries
o Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
o Reconcile inter-company accounts
o Assist with other projects as needed.
Additionally this position will be the back up for the receptionist duties.
Requirements:
o Minimum 2 years accounts payable or similar financial experience. (Experience in a multi-family property management environment is preferred)
o Must have experience in working with and talking to customer and vendors
oMust have data entry and strong math skills and experience
o Must have strong computer and phone skills
o Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
o Must be detail oriented, well organized and a team player
o Experience with Google, Microsoft office and web based software needed
There will be a national background check, drug screen and assessment tests conducted prior to hire.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
