About the Position:
Superintendents for multifamily (apartment) construction are needed in several locations currently and long term. Mostly low-rise garden style, wood framed, with surface parking 200 to 400 units per project. Some locations will have more project types that are high density, podiums,
wraps, mixed-use, etc. (3 to 7 floors) with parking structures
Location(s): Atlanta GA, Tampa FL, Orlando FL, St Augustine FL, Greenville SC, Charlotte NC, Knoxville TN, Suffolk VA, Richmond VA
Salary range: $130k to $170kEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
