Job DescriptionAs the Director, Total Rewards, you will lead the strategy, design, implementation, and administration of compensation, equity, and benefits programs to attract and retain talent while delivering business results.
You will be a leader and thought partner for broad-based, incentive, and executive compensation; benefit solutions; and other total rewards programs.
This role also has functional ownership of our HR System to deliver effective and efficient service to our employees, and analytics and reporting to our leaders.
QualificationsWhat you will be responsible for:
Serve as a key strategic partner and expert advisor to CHRO and leadership team.
Deliver a total rewards strategy that is aligned with the goals of the organization and will attract, motivate, and retain employees to achieve those goals.
Establish key compensation metrics that can track and communicate the impact and value of compensation and benefits programs.
Instill a customer-focused, partnership model and approach to ensure delivery of consistent value-add Rewards programs.
Leads a team including Benefits Analyst and Sr.
HRIS Analyst.
Provides guidance & direction, along with coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
Provide expert guidance and leadership for executive compensation, including executive compensation programs and policies, offers, bonus and equity plan design, compensation committee materials, SEC compliance, etc.
Design and manage broad-based compensation programs, including market pricing, base compensation components, compensation structures, and long- and short-term incentive plans.
Partners with client leaders and HR Business Partners to make effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.
Leverage salary surveys, custom compensation studies, and 3rd party consultants to ensure market-competitive compensation and effective pay structures.
Manage all aspects of year-end compensation processes such as merit and bonus programs; Partner with HR Business Partners to communicate and deliver effective processes.
Plan, develop, and oversee the administration of innovative and market-competitive health and welfare benefit programs, such as medical, dental, vision plans, supplemental insurance, 401(k), etc.
Oversee annual enrollment process and communication of benefit programs, and government-mandated disclosures, to optimize employee understanding of their benefits and ensure compliance.
Identify benefit plan providers, including (as needed) consultants, vendors, and auditors.
Understand regulatory and compliance requirements, communicate needs and compliance plans effectively to stakeholders, and ensure all compensation and benefits programs are compliant with applicable laws.
Develop and deliver strategies to create an effective and efficient HR system and operational environment.
Oversee the administration of HR systems, key processes, and outside vendor partner relationships to support business and HR functional requirements.
Ensure data integrity of HR Systems and reporting; help drive system optimization projects and enhancements that support business requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
