Job DescriptionAs the Director of Surgeon Channel Marketing, you will be a strategic thinker and thought leader responsible for driving the Company's surgeon channel marketing strategies and programs.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and management of surgeon channel marketing initiatives, ongoing performance optimization, and surgeon engagement & education strategies.
What you will bring to the role:
Develop surgeon channel segmentation methodologies based on quantitative and qualitative insightsDevelop segmented surgeon marketing programs designed to attract new surgeons and drive utilization of our technology portfolio with existing surgeon usersDevelop marketing programs that expand the use of our products and servicesDevelop surgeon education strategy and education journey that delivers best in class clinical understanding of our productsDevelop experiential marketing programs that drive customer engagementLead competitive intelligence and deliver programs that address the changing dynamics within the marketplaceDistinguish Lapiplasty(TM) as the treatment of choice for bunion surgery versus competitive solutions through appropriate branding and collateral developmentCollaborate with internal and external teams to develop and deploy comprehensive, multi-channel marketing and promotional plans that drive awareness and engagement with our innovationDevelop and enhance product positioning, messaging, and resources that support the differentiation of our technologiesPartner with the sales organization and develop sales enablement strategies and programs that support the teamsOversee generation of monthly and quarterly KPI reports summarizing program results and impactQualifications8 or more years of related experience, with proven track record of developing marketing strategies preferably in the medical device, pharma, or health industry.
Bachelor's degreeAdvanced degree preferredThis position is required to travel 20-30% of the time.
