Our growing organization is seeking a uniquely qualified employee to manage full cycle of installation for antenna systems and other physical projects.
This position is based in our Ponte Vedra Beach Florida offices and will be supporting our customers both in the US Domestic and Caribbean markets.
This role is responsible for coordination and completion of all aspects of the assigned projects.
This person will oversee contact with customers and manage project engineering, material requirements and all scheduling milestones required to ensure successful completion of projects, while coordinating compliance with the schedule, safety, cost, and quality decisions.
Infrequent travel within the US may be required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Oversees and coordinates all on-site ISP construction activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements in accordance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
Tracks project status and provides current updates to the team using online tracking tools.
Identifies roadblocks/issues and engages appropriate department to address and resolve.
Assists Project Field Manager with client interface and relations.
Coordinates with Material Manager to review all procured materials for acceptance.
Reviews and approves equipment rentals as required for use by Syncworks Field Service Engineers (FSE) or subcontractors.
Responsible to ensure FSE compliance to all administrative requirements including quality inspection and customer acceptance forms.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or Management preferred.
Experience in telecommunications project management required.

Extensive knowledge/experience in Telecom Industry and Technology.
Knowledge of project budget process and tools Risk assessment/management administrative policies and procedures Conceptual planning ability Leadership ability (team building, coaching, mentoring, change management, advising) Multi-tasking ability (prioritize, organize, schedule work) Presentation skills Expertise with Office Suite Experience communicating and working with customers Problem solving skills (identify, analyze, research, evaluate, resolve) Project management skills Communication and meeting skills.
