$22 - 24 per hour We are looking for a Contract Project Coordinator with a passion for branding to join a renowned membership organization that represents the world's top touring professional golfers located in Ponte Vedra, FL.
In this role you will support the Project Manager team at the Creative Studio, ensuring the smooth execution of all creative projects.
This role is responsible for daily tasks that keep projects on track and maintain established timelines.
The PM team currently manages nearly 3,000 projects/deliverables annually and needs support to focus on brand messaging and consistency.
You will help alleviate the PMs from tasks such as proofing, facilitating feedback, gathering project specifications, and ensuring project progression.
This role requires you to come onsite 3x a week and has the possibility to convert to a full time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Freelance design coordination Review proofs from freelance designers, cross-check for accuracy, and distribute as needed.
Facilitate the feedback and revision process between parties, consolidating feedback and questions and updating project specialists or freelance designers on proof decisions.
Gather necessary information and files for distribution to freelance designers.
Workfront request to project conversion Review incoming content requests for specifications and requirements.
Convert Workfront requests to projects using the Creative Studio's established workflow, with input from project specialists.
Project monitoring and maintenance Flag inactive projects or projects without decisions.
Review Workfront reports as needed.
Occasionally archive working files for closed or completed projects.
Capacity and resource management support Review Workfront reports and data to assist project specialists with short-term and long-term assignment planning.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a creative project coordinator or project manager, with a preference for professional Workfront experience.
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to perform repetitive administrative tasks.
A background in creative agencies or design, with the ability to understand industry language.
A marketing or creative professional interested in transitioning to project management is also a viable candidate.
